Potential new player with questions

That's another reason why I'm making the switch from the Live servers, the community. I hear the community is amazing. One of the first things I did on the Live servers was check out Freeport and the Commonlands (you know, my old newbie stomping grounds) and what I found was sad... the zones looked completely different and there was NO ONE....not a soul, at the tunnels.
