I pretty much keep it simple as well. Everyone always hates my UI set up, but I put my health+target health pretty much in the middle of my screen with full background transparency for maximum respond+react time.

But anyway, I'd move buffs down closer to where your eyes will naturally be, as opposed to having to look to top right corner of screen.
