Fullscreen will not work

I am trying to Fullscreen the game, either through ALT+ENTER or through the actual button in the game's settings. Every time I set fullscreen, the game goes into fullscreen, but when I click, it goes back to windowed.

I tried getting WinEQ, that didn't help. I also tried running as an Administrator, and that only helped a little. Anyone got any solid advice for this problem?

Since I'm assuming you already read the thread that was similar to this in server chat, lets start with a couple questions.

First off, assumptions are bullshit, so I need to know if you've tried messing with your resolutions yet. Tried all available options/combinations?

Second, please list your os/graphics card/monitor as well as your monitors native resolution and what it is currently set to.

Lastly, what did you use to setup/install p99? duxas installer? or eqemu launcher? Do you run those programs to run eq, or do you simply run eqgame.exe?

Hopefully, with a little more info, everyone can help you to nail this down quickly.

This has me extremely confused. It seems to be the kind of problem that either works, or doesnt.
