Get 1 good throne from A4 and you'll never think about NG again.
Yeah because you'll spend weeks there and finally get the throne and want to quit EQ after. I hate A4. Hate hate hate.

Hiero in Seb is great if you can get let in. Very easy to just camp outside and rush the room. Not as high value as the Thrones, but way easier / chiller camp

You can kill the two froglok crypt guards off to the side by the water. If you pull them all the way to where the lower ledge is the pather won't agro you. Once the two guards are down you can tackle the pather if you want to reroll the shaman spawn to something easier to handle.
This sounds like the direction I might want to go.

Just so I understand, the cycle would be:

Invis past the pather, the bugs and the two frogs by the boulder. Fight the two frogs guarding the ziggurat looking crypt entrance. The seb guardian/golem, perched above, can’t see that fight.

Once those are down, I can pull the pather over there without aggroing the boulder frogs. I’ll fight the pather by the ziggurat entrance.

Once he is down I can invis back past the boulder frogs and start the bugs near the safe spot.

I never have kill the two boulder frogs using this method.

Is that right?

Yes, this sounds correct. Sometimes one or two boulder frogs can see invis, so you may need to kill one or both if they are.

The other way I've gotten around the boulder frogs is to root the first one at max spell range. They won't agro until the spell lands. Then root the other one and run around the boulder by hugging it. You can apply invis as well before you get too close to the two crypt guards. Then camp the agro at the corner of the wall and the boulder. You should be out of range of the froglok crypt guard's agro. You can also camp at the same lower ledge by the water if the crypt guards don't see invis. It's more risky, but it would allow you to kill the two crypt guards and the pather before tackling the see invis boulder frogs.

Will the frog always run rather than gate (if not rooted)? If so, a snare weapon is the end game move. Get your VP on.

Shamans can also get the snare stick from Tunare if you don't wanna get a VP Key.

nuke the pathers and get summoned past the doors. works 60% of the time, every time.

Shaman can trick doors similar to how enc do it as well if you dont want to try to get summoned through.
Shrink yourself, walk into the door and bear form.if you can still see through the door, pop an eyeball and push it through, bur not to far or you'll agro the frogs down a bit. Click the eyeball off and your through.
Might need to kill the golem above or it sometimes will agro the eye, doesn't seem consistent though.

If your struggling with the shrink to bear form working, max shrunk you can camp in the door. When you log back in it will accomplish the same thing.
