currently on red, the majority of raid targets are left up for days until whenever empire feels like killing them. plenty of opportunities for up and comers to get some kills and prove themselves.

I never said there weren't empty zones on Blue. Some zones just never get used and even semi popular zones will be on the empty side at off-peak hours. But there's a big difference between a server where Kerra Isle and Tox forest are empty vs a server where ONLY Crushbone Mistmoore Unrest ever have more than 3-4 ppl in them. We've all "tried Red" we all know what I'm talking about.

The sad reality we face on red is that empire looks and feels like Mount Everest. No one wants to try and climb that and hell you might even die trying. The truth is it's a pvp server and much like TMO learned when they formed, politics rule r99. Empire has shown it wants competition, but you still have to bend the knee just like on live until you are truly ready to handle the beef.

On vallon zek zephyros did this for almost a year before they started contesting defiant. The sad thing about r99 is with a low population the daunting task of starting from scratch to topple a raid guild is just not worth it.

R99 needs a blue to red no drop transfer if it wants to see competition, until then it's going to be a one trick pony like it has most of its existence
