yes it is, topor is extremely common, i sell topor for 7kish, bane floats from anywhere from 15-30k.

Torpor drops off raid targets so there are quite a few more copies than BoN which drops off crap nobody kills with any frequency. 55-58 spells in general are more expensive here than 60 spells, it is pretty rare to see a group farming juggs for spells for example.
