EQEmulauncher will not update from 1.22

Somebody please help me... lol.

I've gotten the EQEmulauncher and done everything the getting started says to do. EQEmulauncher will not pull up a server list and every time I try to update it on startup? I get this error message:

"Newversion.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error

To run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining appropriate version of the .NET framework"

I don't know what else to do! I love EQ and want to get started on project 1999 sooooo bad but nooooooo.. lol. =) Thanks anybody who reads and/or helps

Like it says, update your .NET framework [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Run Windows Update, and make sure you update .NET. You may have to look under optional updates.

Google ".NET 4" and it should take you to a Microsoft site to update your .NET Framework.
