Default Can the devs put a variance spawn on... any npc?

Think they ever thought about putting in variance spawns on popular solo exp camps?
imagine if the bards had a 2.5 minute variance. or hhk guards and nobles, the chick outside of the pofear portal, gornit, grik, the chicks in surefall

would the world be a better place?

Dunno but bards should be banned from swarming in dreadlands. Just since the beginning of bonus xp I've died three times while soloing around KC walls due to bards sucking and dying and then their retarded swarm paths back and either jumps me while I'm fighting or I get killed while afk. This only happens if there's a bard in zone, otherwise it's completely safe.

Bards mess up swarms all day. Dying is not something you should be doing in DL 26 years into the mix. Something is not adding up.

Depends on where the Bard is swarming. If they're swarming up by the walls in "safer" areas and then die to the swarm, those mobs can path path back along places that are normally safe to AFK in. You don't know how that pathing works in 2025?

They pull mobs from all around KC, if they die or zone or whatever, those mobs reset to wherever they spawn, which is all around KC. And they just walk through the walls.

Something not adding up indeed.

Yep. Spawn and aggro variance for everything in game, including MOB's spawning in greater numbers and difficulty (but without their level increasing) depending on the amount of players in an area. Creates more excitement and provides constant content no matter how crowded an area becomes, but crowded places will be less efficient to hunt in because of that increased MOB difficulty.

The game should never be completely safe. Especially a place like Dreadlands.
