Default What if...

As we all know, it's just a matter of time before someone wakes the Sleeper on Green. So when he's woken, the script runs and everyone has their event and can celebrate a job well done on "finishing the game" and all that. But what if, on the next quake, the warders respawn, and continue to respawn? Everyone gets to see the event, the people that do it get to celebrate their accomplishments, but the opportunity to see the content and acquire the loot is still there. Too unclassic? Thoughts?

If they haven't done that by now on blue six years after the awakening, then why would it happen on green which isn't even finished with the Velious timeline yet.

They have yet to make only 6 buttons available on blue and then continually ignore it patch after patch despite saying "it'll be fixed next patch".

So there's a chance....

I’d like it if that were the secret kill switch for the merge. If it wasn’t secret then some people would intentionally trigger it so they could manastone to blue or whatever.

would be rad if they did the shitty starwars galaxies Jedi system.

I could be wrong but iirc the way it worked was, nobody knew the recepie to become a jedi, and they wanted them to be extremely rare.

So they set it up so just some random combination of stats/crafting skills/quests completed, would randomly turn you into a jedi.

But if i also recall, it took about 1-3 months for someone to figure it out.

Would be cool to do that for green, somewhere out there is the right combination of quests to wake the sleeper, and when you do you get a special quest dialogue like, "oh wait, too much magic questing.. now we've done it!...."

*quake

THE SLEEPER IS AWOKE! sever wide announcement: "15:00 countdown to server reset."

*YOU have been slain by the sleeper.

You wouldnt know who, but you'd know some ass hole finally figured it out.

This is how it should go. Every character is wiped off the database and 24 hours later were in classic.
