Gem Encrusted Ring returning? or no?

I've heard from several sources that this ring is going to be coming back, and dropping in Old seb. Nothing offical or anything that i can confirm, except from some random on zam's site, that got his response flagged.

So which is it? Is it gone for good, or returning to drop in Old Seb?

I remember a post here saying it will no longer drop. I guess you would have to dig through a lot of pages.

As was the case on live, it never dropped in seb.
