Good day,

Went to turn in the three crushed onyx sapphire (unstacked) and tattered silk wristband item to NPC for enchanter SS gear and never gave me item after turn in.

Please help.

You can submit a petition on the forums for reimbursement

Most likely something on your end was wrong and they will verify logs and let you know

Been a while, but I believe you need Ally faction for SS armor. What mob did you hand into, and did you receive a response in hail text?

The couple times I've done amour turn in's; the NPC Lothieder Fe`Dhar has never acknowledged my existence.

I'd def pop in a petition. Maybe you'll get lucky?
