If you're camping something, and you also get exp for it, do you get priorty over someone who wants to camp it who does not gain exp for the camp?

No, but if you're camping something there's no logical reason why you'd lose your camp to someone else, provided you're staying on top of the spawn(s).

Actually.... that is the exact reason why fast food exist. The drive thru get priority. It might not look like it. But their orders go first.
