Iksar Tailoring

From what I understand, the largest trivial on non-cultural combines outside of the Fleeting Quiver is 158 for Wu's Fighting Shirt. Is anyone aware of any higher trivials or is crafting Fleeting Quivers the only way to skill up Tailoring as an Iksar past this point?

For the record, I'm not so much interested in maxing Tailoring as I am getting tailoring high enough for the Coldain Prayer Shawl quest. If Fleeting Quivers are the only way to skill up past 158, am I better off getting to 158 then just attempting the most difficult Shawl tailoring combine until it works?

Also, yes, I'm aware that the #6 and #7 Shawl quests are not yet implemented.

There are some Velious tailoring recipes that you can try as well, if you can get the ingredients for them.

Hmm, I know that the Black Panther Skin recipes are very expensive. Maybe some of the other skins won't be as costly. Thanks for the tip.
