Lite is there a way to lock first person zoomed out to a keybidn instead of havin to mouse scroll out everytime

I toggle to the 3rd Camera angle, zoom back, and tilt the camera downward.

whenever I toggle back to the 3rd camera angle the distance remains the same. I think I have to redo the tilt each time though, cant say for certain.
