an anon source came to me with these photo's and was asked to post them here. i edited out some stuff like nirgons real name address phone number, along with the other persons same info on the letter.

That looks more like someone that is trying to convince you that they haven't narc'd on you about some shady backroom addy deal for pixels to me.

He claims he's not working a deal to get unbanned as if to offer you some piece of mind. Why would he have to tell you that otherwise? What deal would he be able to make to get his character back unless he had pertinent information to out you with?
