Default Instruction at XXXXXXX Ref Memory XXXX

Forgive me if this is the wrong place for this, but I have tried fresh installs, and even tried going through Duxa's all in one. And I still get this error. I Am able to get to server select, then as soon as the music starts playing the error pops up. What am I doing wrong? I have had the game installed on this pc before and it worked fine until I decided to change the Magician elementals to the old body style. Ever since then i have gotten this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Play in Windowed Mode and reduce your resolution.

this is a resolution problem with Everquest 99% of the time.

fiddle with resolutions in OPtionEditor, window mode, Properties, etc. Never go full screen.
