Due to the power and influence of our guild, I'm writing here to inform everyone that Flowers of Happiness, Red99's premier Anti-Random-Player-Killer Roleplaying guild, has decided to establish a KOS list to better inform the server of our actions. The list will be posted here and updated as events transpire and diplomacy is carried out.

This list has started in response to complaints that we have been attacking players at random. While I admit being attacked by a Flowers of Happiness member is quite unpleasant (as you will go down, and go down hard), every attack is rooted in defense and honour. We understand that our list will be a topic of hot debate, but we will take nothing other than in-game diplomacy. You may speak to one of our ranking officers or myself if you would like to establish a meeting place and time in-game to discuss matters.

Also, Flowers of Happiness endorses this list as a fair warning to the listed guilds. While we realize that this means declaring war upon lesser guilds, it is not our actions, but your own, that put you on the list. Simply put, if your guild is on this list, your guild harbours random-player killers who are currently harassing the innocents of Norrath.

As appointed Red Dawn Captain of the Guard and Chief Officer of Combat Engagements for Flowers of Happiness, I hereby declare the following guilds as Kill-On-Sight.
