dunno what they were doing but the last thing server needs right now is permabans on non hackers =/

just take their ill gotten gains and a few day break or something if action is needed.

as much as i want to be liek hahahahaha. it's pretty stupid choice to perma ban someone who isn't hacking. i mean like nihilum didn't do this? let's reroll server back to when there was only 1 lvl 50. that should do it
