BiS Pre-raid ROG Gear?

Hey all, I've been outta the loop for months. I have NO clue what Kunark has to offer as far as gear. I want to know what are considered the 'best in slot' items for Rogues pre-raid?

This question lends to opinion, so make your case! Also, try to exclude NO TRADE items and items that sell for ridiculous prices. I have around 20-30k to work with, sitting at level 31.
