Bumping, as I am also trying to hunt down this mob. Allakhazam has conflicting reports, some say it spawns closer to Cabilis, others say it spawns in the pit near the dragon bones close to Kurns Tower. Running around for an hour killing any Carrion insects that spawn doesn't really seem to increase your chances either. I'm guessing that it is on the hour long static spawn that someone on Allakhazam mentioned, but without further support this remains a mystery.

Bumping this thread after another night trying to track down carrion queen, updated the Wiki with my theories but still no sign that the Carrion Queen is even spawning on P99.
