Quest Issue: Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk(Wallin Slyfoot)

I con indifferent to Wallin, but he only says "Hello Myrjala. I'm a bit busy right now, no time to chat." When I hail him, Speaking the quest words "Yes, I will assist you" yields the same results.

I should not need the half-ling illusion mask for this, you just need to con apprehensive or better for the quest. What gives?

I got the illusion mask and I was able to get Wallin to talk to me. I don't remember having to be a halfling for him to talk to you on live though. Maybe I'm wrong idk.
