Default How do I download the game and stuff

My friend sent me a link to the game and to this forum to get started. I can't seem to get the link downloaded, but if I do, he said that there is some sort of junk you have to alter...I imagine this is spelled out somewhere? Can someone point this out for me please?

Greetings Calamar!

Here is the link to the setup guide that we provide - here.

In relation to downloading a copy you will notice -

2) Getting Started - Play Guide

In order to play on Project 1999 you must obtain a copy of Everquest: Titanium Edition. Only a clean Titanium install will work. You must acquire this on your own as we cannot distribute it, however there are many places to accomplish this. You do not need a valid CD Key.

I hope that helps and we look forward to seeing you in game!

If it leads to a website or forum page, look for a button like Download, Get the game, or a link to a file (often .zip, .rar, .exe, or an installer).

If you have a friend with a working install you can literally just copy it on to your own computer whether using a network, usb stick, online hosting, etc.

idk about the legality of this where you live, but if you already bought a copy of EQ including xpacs 1 + 2 I'd say it is fair play since you already paid for the software (not that my opinion holds any weight).
