Chant of Battle won't stack with Guardian Rhythms

Is this not working as intended? I'm able to stack other buffs that provide a small amount of AC, why not these two?

Looks like this is correct.

The technical answer is because of the slots they're in.
For any more detailed answer, you'd have to go track down GZ.
