1017 Error?

I am having the issue with 1017 error I have tried ALL of the fixes discussed in the FAQ, I did try to go to the technical discussion link, but it no longer exists. There is no overclocking in my system at all. I have re installed the Game 2 times with the same result each time. Does anyone out there have any other tips? Tricks? other?? lol I am at a loss. I have a laptop that I can log in on with no issue. I have tried with and without WinEQ2, still does the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TYIA!


Windows 11 pro, current service pack
pcs technical specs:
Ryzen 9 7950X NO overclocking
Gigabyte X670E AORUS Master NO overclocking all drivers up to date.
Realtek High Def Audio All Drivers up to date
Zotak 3090ti Nvidia All drivers up to date
Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection All Drivers up to date
Spectrum
Spectrum modem with all ports forwarded for the game.
