Under boxing it says the rule stands that you can play one character per server (blue/green/red) at the same time.

So you can triple box if you want.

Lot of the guys locking down mid tier camps so it non stop on both pve servers at the same time which is why they are against the server merge because it would cut their income in half. Everyone else knows there is no reason to have two servers in the exact same dead end of the timeline.
