Default Launch Titanium black screen

This may be a simple fix or not, not sure. New install of Titanium, copied P99v52 files into that directory. Run the Launch_Titanium batch file and it opens a black screen with a cursor and just sits at that screen. Installed WinEQ2, made account with Lavishsoft and ran that, still got the same results. Any help is appreciated.

When you go into your EQini file, search (cntrl+F) for WINDOWED and FULLSCREEN

If the value is FULLSCREEN, change it to WINDOWED.

Is that the eqclient.ini file?

If so this is what is in it....
[Defaults]
Sound=TRUE
TextureQuality=1
VertexShaders=TRUE
20PixelShaders=TRUE
14PixelShaders=TRUE
1xPixelShaders=TRUE
MultiPassLighting=FALSE
UseLitBatches=TRUE

Those are not the values we need to change.

No. It must be the wrong file. Try to find a file called EQ options or something or other. Try looking in your character's UI text file too. I am in work so I cannot look at my files to guide you.

It is eqclient.ini. There should be a lot more in that file.

Delete it and restart EQ , it will make a new one. Then take a look in there

Ok i deleted the eqclient.ini file and reran the titanium batch file. It recreated the .ini with the same information. I feel like I am doing something wrong maybe?
