Amontehepna in ToFS

After clearing the 4th floor for several hours, I didn't get Amontehepna to spawn. I did see the named Oozing Flesh (Maggot Infested Flesh) spawn 3 times.

It seems unlikely that the former would be this rare and the latter this common.
