Troll Regen malfunction

Hi,

I posted this in the Technical Discussion, but I realized that this is the correct place.

I'm a lvl 50 enchanter and when I cast Troll Illusion, I've noticed that the regen is down by 5hp/tick since the patch. Specifically,

With Troll Illusion = 5hp/tick
Without Illusion = 4hp/tick

Anyone having the same issues?
