Default Does /guildwar work here?

Searched for this topic but there wasn't much info on it in the past few years - does it work here? If not, are there any plans to implement it?

My first experience with pvp in EQ was via a guildwar on a blue server, before the teams pvp servers existed. They're a lot of fun.

Also, I've already seen more pvp-per-minute-of-playtime on the blue server than Red99 (props to the guy who killed me at level 1 in the cabilis arena).

This is a feature I hope they someday allow guilds to opt into.

I tried to find some enticing evidence of blue server guild wars, but I don't think the internet goes back that far anymore.

You guys will have to trust me on this. The <Dark Hour> vs <Blades of Steel> guildwar on Solusek Ro was lit.

So much, in fact, that I left for a red server after it ended & never looked back (note: 1000+ ppl actually played on the pvp servers back then).

note: this is misleading, it was always 1/5-1/8th the population of blue servers.

note: okay, but TZ averaged 1000+ concurrent for the ~3 years I played on it

note #2: I'm only mentioning this to absolve myself of the shame of playing on Blue99 over Red99

You're missing the part that is misleading. Blue servers at the time had 5000-8000+ players at that time.

guildwar would be cool

closest I think we saw the server get to that was a few guilds just flagging red for a week or so (and really, just a handful of folks at that)
