Anybody know starting factions for eru sk?

As in which sk guilds are open to me for quests as a 'Heretic' of Paineel - FP and Qeynos I'n sure of, but neriak, grobb, oggok? I know eru has the lowest faction grind for iks(because of deity) faction.
