Erud Necro and faction 2

Getting close to level 12 and thinking of moving to other hunting grounds and will need to buy supplies and spells.

What cities would my toon be welcome in? I assume Ak'Anon and Freeport east/tunnels. What about Neriak?

my erud necro uses E freeport and can bank in n freeport...killed a lot of orcs and can even sell to merchants in EC now and WC

I did the red wine quest to improve faction in Neriak(it even worked while I was kos to the questgiver and he was green so he never aggro'd me). It took forever though! I had to turn in 1 wine at a time, turning in 4 sets of 4 wouldn't work. I must have turned in about 40 stacks of red wine one at a time! I use Neriak to bank but I'm still kos to the necro guild. I buy my spells in freeport since I'm very kos to north freeport from killing bards from lvl 12-25.
