Human and Halfelf Male helms with closed visors?

I am just wondering if somehow I did not get all the files properly because both human and halfelves when wearing plate, have covered eyes. Like a bar the color of their helm is covering right in front of where you'd see their eyes. Not gamechanging, it just annoys me. Is this classic? Is this a glitch on my behalf? Just curious what the deal is. Females all have openings where you can see their eyes, just as they did years ago on Live when I used to play.
