Miscellaneous: Baking - Batwing Pie

Is the Batwing Pie not considered an original EQ recipe? The recipe: 1 Bat Wing, 1 Clump of Dough, 1 Pie Tin and 1 Spices does not combine in an Oven or Spit.

It seems to be an old world recipe per the following link, but it may have been introduced in a later patch:
