Cabilis Residents - Resolved

I turned in 7100 or so bonechips to trooper mozo and have maxed brood of kotiz faction, yet there are still npcs in Cabilis that scowl at me ready to attack, and the merchants remain dubious.

I believe the issue here is the CabilisResidents faction, as Jozter in east cabilis scowls, looking him up on allakazham his factions are LegionofCabilis and CabilisResidents.

I have turned in enough chips to be amiable/warmly with the all other factions in cabilis, thinking it is possible there is some issue with that particular faction and the bonechip quest. I do not believe I should be scowls to anything in cab after that kind of faction work.

Might be a silly question but are you agnostic or do you have a deity?

Not every NPC in cabilis was assigned to the correct faction at beta launch, but the faction tables in cabilis are 100% accurate.

some NPCs are on the necro faction, which, iirc was the hardest to fix and isn't included in the bonechip quest. Basically if it's on the necro faction you either had to avoid them or fix it another way
