Shards of dalaya and playing P99

Hey guys, I play SoD (another emu server for EQ) and I'm wondering how to work it so that I can also play on project 1999. As I remember, SoD changed files for titanium so I doubt that I could follow the setup directions for P99 and have it work correctly or at the very least, be able to continue playing both.

Has anyone else been in this position and know how to fix it (assuming that they aren't compatible that is).

Reinstall and make backup folders for each server so you can change shit out.
Or just make 2 seperate installs for each server.
