Default It's raining in Greater Faydark, but I don't hear it raining.
As of the time at this posting, I don't hear it raining though I do hear the birds/evening ambient sounds however near the path towards Crushbone.

I hear the rain on a different PC. Maybe client install issue. Disregard.

On the same note, I turned off 'Environmental Effects' and it doesn't work. Clicked on or off I still here it.
