Exclamation Unable to log in(Spells file-->EQChanges.zip)

So, here's the list of things I've done:

1) Without Duxa's Installer

a)Install Titanium
b)DL and Install patch files. Spells file error.
c)Copy files One by One just in case
d)Create desktop shortcut as in the faq, compatibility for xp sp2. EQChanges.zip(client files outdated) error(dll-2)
e)Tried WinEQ2, crashes
f)Reinstall and retry with above steps
g)Repeat (f) twice more.
h)Tried to force my way in with repeated logins
i)Server list not showing, try to mess with eqhost. Doesn't work
j)Reset eqhost and restart my comp.
k)Logs in to the game but EQChanges.zip error again
