WTB new dude lookin for small banded armor

Hey, guys, new to red. Playing in a duo with a RL friend who came back to the game. I was just looking for a complete set of small banded armor. I am in Ak'Anon and was hoping I could meet around there. Or I could try to find a port somewhere. I have heard going rate is 1PP per AC but I've scrounged up about 100 plat so far I'd be happy to pay if anyone could make me a set. Thank you.
