Quest bugged took my items

I did the Incandescent mask quest I had the glowing mask from scryer. I went to MM got the rune there,then neriak got the rune there, and final qeynos got the rune there. I have everything I turn it in then I get nothing back. My name is Zivas on the Kunark 1999 server.
