Custom Helm NPCs currently in game offering their quests

Issue: Supreme Laochsmith Psorin is in game near the armor quest givers. He shouldn't be in game until the custom helm patch of April 4, 2001. He is also giving me the quest to turn in a helm at dubious Claws of Veeshan faction.

Grand Armorer Slade (Icewell Keep) and Grand Armsmith Korin (Kael) are also currently in game

When were the npcs added for custom helm turn-ins?

Should be with the April 4, 2001 Patch. Can't find any earlier references to these 3 NPCs. Even the references could find, so far, are a few months after this patch as the sites were slow to update on the end game pieces.

Does anyone know how to increase faction with Royal Armorer Slade? I thought killing giants would do it but I've kill hundreds in kael and it's still not good enough for him to change my helm to a bucket

Quest NPC not on list November 8, 2001 Ok in Kael in a room behind the king where the armor quest NPC's are is a guy named Grand Armsmith Korin. He is not on the list and can't find anything so far on him. He is there and he has a quest not sure what the reward would be but he ask for Malevolent Crown, Shiney Helm, Troubadour Helm, Templar's Helm, Crown of the Kromizik Kings, Frost Reaver's Velium Crown, Crown of the Mortaility, Warlord's Crown. Not sure if he wants them all or just one. Some of the helms are a result of Kael Armor Quest some I have yet to find anything on.
Anyone know anything about this guy and the Quest?

As of May 2002 his location was: His location is in the quest hall, at 1220, 1200, 3.75.

If you want to turn in a SS helm for the custom one, talk to Supreme Loachsmith somethingorother, he is the guy you are standing next to when you port into the SS quest room

-Amiable for Coldain
-Warmly for Kael/Skyshrine

If this is correct I'll write these guys, test them, and make them not spawn until ~04/01

Wrote the missing elements to scripts, placed them on a rule to spawn in ~April 2001.

Few things here:

Could use the rest of the dialogue from Grand Armsmith Korin. Until that is found, he will use a generic: 'Here you are $name. Ah, a perfect fit! May it serve you well.'

Confirmation of faction requirements.

It is interesting that Armsmith Korin would offer to change King Tormax's crown. He should be like, how'd you get that?! $attack. Same for Slade offering to change Dain's crown.

Was thinking about that last night, but I played it off as the quester being best bros with Tormax/Dain and getting to borrow their crown.

It is most unfortunate that you do not have scales to defend your fragile mortal shell Barbarian, I can only hope that the armor we in the Shrine can provide you with will extend your life another fraction of a century.
In addition to that you also might want a [special helm] to cover up that scaleless face of yours.
I understand that the Mother could not grace you with all our blessings, but at least we can try to make you look half way decent.

Using my obviously superior skills I can customize a plate helm from the Shrine to suit a Barbarian such as yourself.
Give me your Blood Lord's Crown, Scaled Knight's Helm, Helm of Twilight, Akkirus' Crown of the Risen, or Crown of the Myrmidon and I shall make you a new helm that will better hide and protect your unscaled features.
