Default Everyone just needs to chill and enjoy the free video game

The tone is getting way out of control. Red Dawn won ONE fight. During this fight the GMs made some calls. They weren't because of fraps or our petitions. If you disagree with those decisions then petition them. Red Dawn didn't write the PNP, I didn't fraps your players, etc. Nihilum still gets the majority of mobs and there's still a huge gap that will take months to close, if ever. Nihilum isn't dead, the server isn't imploding, there will be tons of more pvp in the future.

Everyone just needs to chill the fuck out, calm down the rhetoric on BOTH sides, and enjoy the fun pvp that will be occurring. Hopefully this renewed time of contesting will bring all sides fun and increase server pop. The personal attacks, etc., need to stop. I will not promote douchebaggery of "you have fifteen seconds to get out etc." If you die and surrender you can have anyone assist you in CR for as long as it takes as long as you and your friend are scooting.

I want this server to be fun. OOC and the forums are getting out of control. Let's stop making this place look like a shit hole, when in fact it's about to get incredibly fun. Let's stop looking for ways to grief and instead look for ways to bolster the server pop. Help a newb with some gear and pl. Make a promotional post on a different Internet forum. Pass out flyers at your local k-mart. Together, we can make red99 fun and thriving. Isn't that why we are all here?

Don't like the rules? Quit, play on one of the other servers, or make your own. Problem solved.

Heartbrand aint the victim here. Though the way he states it makes it sound like he wants to be.

But people really do need to chill. Seriously I've been around for a long time and /ooc use to be full of espirit decore and friendly banter, and NO U's and UMADS.

Shits getting over the top.

Just play the game and stop trying to run it like a business or a 3rd world dictatorship.

And in that sentiment I agree with HB completely.

TBH though, if anyone is being victimized it's nihilum this time around. And I was one of the people that called for shit like that. Now that I see it. I'm kinda sad about it.

I'm done being a R99 politician. PST me in game if you want XP or pvp.

Fact of the matter is new players come here and are like wow no one in these zones lets level up have fun. Then read that caca spewed on ooc an are like woah! I just want to shoot the shit fuck this. You go to the courts play with some balling cats they win they say GG you get off the court. Good luck finding this on red.

They don't want or enjoy PvP. They want to be the only ones here.

Doubt you'll believe me but this isn't true. Even after the lost engagement in SolB the response in TS was almost unanimously that it was a blast up until people started getting banned. PVP is not the issue here, it is all PVE/pixel related.

I think the issue here is we have a game that revolves around gaining equipment. It is the only means of character progression. Then we have 100% non instanced content. By definition for a guild/individual to get something, someone else has to not get it.

Honestly if it were up to me I'd give up a handful of lower tier raid targets and leave them open in exchange for RD not contesting Trakanon until Velious release. But it's not my decision and I also didn't have to fight for the current advantage Nihilum has, so I can understand why leadership doesn't want to give things away.

And I'm just a nobody trying to make a dent forumquesting unsuccessfully. I just hate seeing people get banned is all.
