Tough talk from a former governor of one of their provinces (not sure on this actually, since Kish isn't even a province... nice journalism).

Hopefully this doesn't influence foreign policy. It would be like if other countries formed their foreign policy based on the ramblings of Sarah Palin.

Yeah think of all the ramblings that are posted online for Iranian papers to publish. We got a lot of nutjobs in this country with radio shows and what not, they could probably have a whole section of their papers dedicated to inciteful (get it?) things that american politicians/political experts say.

I'm not really worried about Iran nor Syria. I'm more concerned that if (when) we do strike that it pulls in Russia and possibly (not likely - since we owe them SO MUCH $$) China.

I'm also worried about what this would do to ours and the global economy. Everything in regards to "business" would get put on hold at worst case, which effects my pocketbook.
