Temporary block on IP?

Im guessing its something to do with me and my brother being networked with the same IP and we cant be on at the same time?

right. need to get an ip exemption. just do a search for 'ip exemption' here on the forums

Usually anywhere from a couple of hours til a weeks time - just depends how busy they are/ when they look at it.
