Lvl 32 Mana Song
Is supposed to be modified by the singing modifier of the epic (x1.8).
It currently isn't. Some links to when it was changed to a 3 tick song, and people wondering if it still is affected by singing. https://web.archive.org/web/20040206...icID=387.topic https://web.archive.org/web/20040101...icID=382.topic https://web.archive.org/web/20040222...icID=379.topic https://web.archive.org/web/20040222...icID=338.topic Astuce

More evidence if needed, from the concert hall.

Okay. Just wanted some clarity on this topic. I am going to state what I think is true, so correct me where I am wrong as I probably am. The rest of the question is based on the following if it is indeed true. Chorus of Clarity is a pulsed song, meaning it doesn't linger for 3 ticks (18 seconds), that once it pulses you gain the mana back and that is it. Amplification affects this song (boosts it by 50%), and the Singing Short Sword also affects this song (boosts it by 80%), right? If this is the case, do both the epic and amp modify the base value of the song or do they modify eachother. What I mean is. Chant of Clarity gives back 7 mana / tick. If you have the Epic, it should be 5 (or 6 rounding up). If amp modifies the base (7) which would equal 3 (4 rounding up) the total result would be 7 + 5 + 3 = 15 mana / tick. But, if they modify eachother it would be 7 (base) + 5 (SSS 80%) = 13, + 6 (amp 50%), this gives 19 mana / tick. But that is only if SSS is applied first. What happens if Amp is applied first? 7 (base) + 3 (amp 50%) = 10 + 8 (SSS 80%) = 18 mana / tick. I know it's only a difference of one mana if they modify eachother in a different order. Just curious if anyone had any information on this in theory. It's been boggling my mind. Also, if there are two bards in the group singing Clarity they will both land due to the pulsing nature of the song? Thus, the SSS is a base 1.8 modifier, plus .6 to .9 (level-based) for the amp for a total modifier (pre-Harmonize) of 2.4 - 2.6. The modifiers are applied all at once and don't have quite the variance that you think they might. ------------------ also the virtues of pulsing the song instead of letting it play ------------------------ https://web.archive.org/web/20040222...icID=338.topic

Looking for confirmation it's been approved as a bug. Not needing an immediate fixed, but just to know that it's been acknowledged would be great.

I remember it being modified by epic as well
Used to even use puretone disc when cleric were running low on mana to help with the regen per cast
