Can the necro epic be mq'd?

all of the epics can be MQ'd.

Just have different level requirements and material requirements.

Necro is one of the harder ones to MQ.

Here is a walk through with a check off as you go for the necro epic:
Talk to Venenzi Oberzendi by the river in Nektulos Forest to start the quest.

[ ] 1. Go to Lake Rathetear. Talk to Kazen Facae.

[ ] 2. Go to East Freeport. Find and kill Sir Edwin Motte to get his head.

[ ] 3. Go to Lake Rathe. Give Motte's head to Kazen Facae to get the Symbol of the Apprentice.

[ ] 4. Go to Nektulos Forest. Give the Symbol of the Apprentice to Venenzi Oberzendi to get the Twisted Symbol of the Apprentice.

[ ] 5. Go to Najena. Kill Najena to get the Flowing Black Robe.
**You can usually buys this robe in the bazaar for 35-75pp depending on the day.**

[ ] 6. Go to Nektulos Forest. Give the Flowning Black Robe to the dark elf that gave you the quest to get the moss.

[ ] 7. Go to Lake Rathetear. Give the moss and Twisted Symbol of the Apprentice to Emkel to get the Symbol of the Serpent.

[ ] 8. Go to Swamp of No Hope. Give the Symbol of the Serpent to Ssessthrass to get the Scaled Symbol of the Serpent.

[ ] 9. Go to Chardok. Kill the Royal Herbalist to get the Manisi Herb.

[ ] 10. Go to Swamp of No Hope. Give the Scaled Symbol of the Serpent and the Manisi Herb to Ssessthrass to get the Refined Manisi Herb.

[ ] 11. Go to Lake Rathetear. Give the Refined Manisi Herb to Emkel to get the Symbol of Testing.

[ ] 12. Give the Symbol of Testing to Kazen Facae and three mobs will spawn:
The Bone Golem Level 55
Failed Apprentice Level 53
Tormented Spirit Level 55
**The three mobs do not spawn all at once..they spawn one after the previous mob before it is killed.**

[ ] 13. Kill all three mobs to get the Symbol of Insanity.
**The last mob killed will drop the Symbol of Insanity.**

[ ] 14. Go to Timorous Deep. Give the Symbol of Insanity to Drendico Metalbones to get his journal.

[ ] 15. Go to Plane of Sky. Do the Cloak of Spiroc Feathers quest to get the Cloak of Spiroc Feathers.

NOTE: See Below for the PoA Cloak Quest!

[ ] 16. Go to Plane of Hate for the Eye of Innoruuk, drops from mini-bosses in old Hate and Innoruuk.

[ ] 17. Go to Plane of Fear for the Blood of Cazic Thule, drops off Terror and Cazic Thule.
**Ive seen this item drop off of Doom twice. I think it will drop off of any of the mini bosses in this zone**

[ ] 18. Go to Timorous Deep. Give the Cloak of Spiroc Feathers, Eye of Innoruuk, Blood of Cazic Thule and Drendico's Journal to Drendico Metalbones to get the Prepared Reagent Box.

[ ] 19. Go to Lake Rathetear. Give the Prepared Reagent Box to Kazen Facae to get the Tome of Instruction.

[ ] 20. Go to Plane of Sky. Go to Island 3 and give Gkzzallk the Tome of Instruction to get Gkzzallk in Box.

Obviously some steps can be skipped. This is slightly different than the others, but it's archived and looks to be more the original classic version.

Looking at this, you can clearly see that it isn't possible to just have someone do all the work and give you the epic via MQ.

However, if you have a cloak, or an eye, or the blood you can get an MQ for the other parts and skip the parts before (that give you the journal).

Odds of someone doing this to sell? Very slim, actually probably none. The cost of a necro MQ at that point would probably be around 1mil, as it would require a great deal of work by the MQ'r

Just for any other folks reading this from other classes, to my knowledge not ALL epics are MQable...I just did the enchanter one a few months ago and none of the steps are MQable. The only thing that can be acquired by someone else is the SMR for the pre quest.
