Shaman Canna
I just recently noticed that on my shaman when using cannabalize it commonly bugs out and instead of stealing 50 hp and rewarding 20ish mana, it commonly takes 50 hp and gives me 7-8 mana. I have to relog and sometimes that fixes it but other times it doesn't. No idea if this applies to the other cannabalizes but the first one is most certainly bugged.

I've noticed this, and i'm still not sure if its a graphical error or not but it seems to exaggerate with higher tiers of the spell

I think it has something to do with the timing of the server tics and when you cast the spell, sometimes waiting a little after the server tic your mana will get subtracted by 1, once you see your mana go down by one mana cast canni and you will get the full canni, sometimes if you cast like right after the tic too quick you wont get the full mana, i havent really tested this but its just what i recall, i will test it next time im playing
