Default Monsters with weapons

I'm aware monsters are supposed to have higher attack equipped with a weapon than monsters unarmed, but the attack increase is by far too much on this server. im only level 2 but level 1 monsters with a weapon have yet to hit me for less than max damage. 40 hits, 2 misses, 100% max damage hits on me. fighting a level 1 skel with a club is like fighting 6-10 unarmed level 1 skeletons. If this is how its supposed to be, then so be it. to me it seems like a bug.

This is similar to when project 1999 was first created and in beta/first week of release i remember being on my rogue at level 9 missing a level 1 mob 50% of the time. this was quickly fixed and accuracy went to normal. just the opposite to now the mobs are super powerful (only the equipped ones)

Yeah, decaying skeletons who are carrying a 10 damage weapon are supposed to hit for up to 20. That's correct.

But this is not OP's point. Those skellies and other armed lvl 1 mobs hit lvl 1 and lvl 2 players for max damage like 100% of the time. As if you were sitting. Of course you have low AC at level 1 or level 2, but max damage on every swing seems to be wrong.

There are already 1 or 2 threads in the bug forums.

That's strange. Rogean said the code for NPC damage on p99 blue and red would be exactly the same.

Still, decaying skeletons in Innothule hit me for like 11, miss, miss, 11, 11, 11, miss, 11, 11, miss, 11 and so on. Over a large sample size. This problem faded when I reached level 3.
