I'm aware monsters are supposed to have higher attack equipped with a weapon than monsters unarmed, but the attack increase is by far too much on this server. im only level 2 but level 1 monsters with a weapon have yet to hit me for less than max damage. 40 hits, 2 misses, 100% max damage hits on me. fighting a level 1 skel with a club is like fighting 6-10 unarmed level 1 skeletons. If this is how its supposed to be, then so be it. to me it seems like a bug.
This is similar to when project 1999 was first created and in beta/first week of release i remember being on my rogue at level 9 missing a level 1 mob 50% of the time. this was quickly fixed and accuracy went to normal. just the opposite to now the mobs are super powerful (only the equipped ones) | ||

actually this is exactly how it was on classic
rusty 2h on a decaying skeleton is like a level 1 boss raid mob | ||

just tested p99 blue server, level 1 against level 1 mob with wep, out of 20 hits had 8 misses and 0 hits for max.

I like it, even the decaying skeletons get some pvp time
