I have a very serious decision to make, and it will effect the entire life of my character. Lillia.

I would like to know which tradeskill to master over 200 on red99.

I am a dark elf necromancer who worships Erollisi Marr. I would love to make cultural blacksmithed adamantite and imbued, enchanted chain for alts and friendly elves. My goal is to also make Haze panther and Tigerraptor armor one day. There are also some really cool robes to be made in Thurgadin.

I'm able to make a tailoring alt. That is 1 yr away at best, however. The Tier'dal blacksmithing is a lot closer, maybe a few months, as I am now lvl 42 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

My main concern is that cultural blacksmithing will be patched to require a much greater skill in the near future. If EQ can do something it will do something. That is my motto. Right now I have a 75% chance of success at 200 skill on combines up to 240 trivial. If that gets changed to a higher trivial, I will end up with a 5% chance of success.

Would you please share input and feedback on this profound decision?

So I answered my own question:

Erudite wiz > 250 tailor
Dork elf necro > 250 Smith
