new jester spawn time?

ive been camping the skeletal jester in kurns today for 5+ hours and still no spawn only place holders.....on my alt i camped it and remember plenty of spawns usually holding a FS 2hander....is this broken or is it on a new spawn timer?[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I was in Kurn's camping Jester and Fingered Skellie today for ~8 hours. I saw around 7 Jesters, all with FS 2-handers. At that point I finally got the last finger I needed and gave up on the IBC. It's working.
