When do Flowing Thought and Focus items creep into the game?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't happen in Kunark but is it Velious or Luclin that we start to see some tasty caster lewts?

Flowing Thought and Vengeance etc aren't Focus Effects. Those are Velious. Focus Effects are Luclin.

Gets me all hot and bothered thinking about FT pieces like high priest shield and Seru ear. Then there's...emp shawl D= the king of all caster clickies :P Then Vah Kerrath....luclin was a fun time for gear ^_^ but yeah what Mardur said is right...but, the rogue epic will have the Haste + AP, and i think that AP translates out to veng 3 (mattered more when you got closer to the vengeance cap, which was like...30? til PoP at least, i quit around then).

I'd be more worried about that shawl quest in velious that requires a shit-ton of tradeskilling.

Shawl quest (aka the last and only good shawl) wasn't finished until Luclin iirc.

I didn't replace my final Coldain shawl until Plane of Time and that was still a toss-up.

It has an amazing focus effect, which no Velious items had.

I wasn't sure when it was able to be fully completed, I just remember spending DAYS to finish that fucking thing.

I just hope that the item tags are returned to Vengeance, Flowing Thought, Aura of Battle, etc. I remember at one point on live they went easy mode and just changed it to +10 Attack, +2 Mana Regen, et al.
